This Advance is one of the best! They have several extremely knowledgeable and experienced guys working at this location. One guy goes by Stinky and he is awesome! He has helped me many times and is always in a great mood. On rare occasions he'll not only help you with what you need to fix your vehicle but he'll also entertain you with his famous crawling dance.
The staff in here need to be more professional. It took two people to help me return a $9 item. The guy and girl that helped me were completely unprofessional and should worry about their job instead of being playful with each other and the customers. The girl hit the other employee in the head and he got upset and let her finish doing my return. Completely unprofessional and I don’t think it takes two people to do one return. This place needs to train their staff to be more professional.
This is an awesome store to go for parts and service. There is a wealth of knowledge from the guys who work here. It’s invaluable considering how hard it is to come across people in the industry who actually have a clue about what they are selling and furthermore the applications.
