Refusing to provide warranty service because I bought the battery at a different Advance Auto location. Go buy somewhere they won't jerk you around if you need to make a warranty claim.

I waited 24 minutes only to find the material I drove 45 minutes for wasn’t even in stock. One employee was trying, but the rest of the staff moved at a glacial pace. When I expressed my frustration, I was told to “relax”… despite the store’s systems failing completely. I used to recommend Advanced, but this experience proves lax customer service, poor inventory management, and a lack of urgency. Ordering online is clearly the only way to avoid this kind of wasted time. Absolutely unacceptable.
They had original GM parts for my 22 year old truck at a fairly reasonable price in stock. What else could you ask for?.
