Every time I come into this Advance Auto Parts location, the customer service is awful. I’ve been to other Advance Auto Parts locations and had a completely different, much better experience, so this seems specific to this store. The employees here consistently seem like they have zero desire to help customers. It feels like asking basic questions or needing assistance is an inconvenience to them. Poorly managed location. They left a sale tag up for an item that "ended yesterday". The cashier had to call her boss, Linda, to approve the override. She declined to honor it. They lost the sale, and they now have customer that won't be returning...all over $5.
