I just left there and the lady was extremely rude. I have a warrantee on an item and she would not even look it up on the computer and told me I do not have a warranty. I have exchange this before and she kept arguing with me. I wanted to see if my other part had a warrantee and she automatically told me no again without even looking it up in the computer.
Most impressive staff. Attentive, educated, informative, and sufficiently efficient so as not to have a queue of increasingly impatient customers lining out of the door way that AutoZone consistently does. Recommend.
Thanks to the people at Advance that help me when my lower ball joint on my van broke in the parking lot. They are very understanding. God bless you all.
