Incomplete part. 1 phone call promised resolution. 3 trips. Advanced failed to fulfil it's multiple promises. Waisted time, fuel and frustration. Last of my business they'll get unless they make this right.
Knowledgable and friendly. I'm not a car guy, but I'm pretty handy. They helped me find the right stuff and didn't sell add-ons I didn't need
Luis was so helpful. I bought an overly complicated wiper blade and he personally helped me put it on my vehicle. He didn’t get frustrated with the installation and persevered until it was securely attached and even offered an exchange if he were to break it in the process. He also talked to me about my upcoming vehicle inspection with my mechanic and what to expect. Only when we were finished did he mention he was the GM. Above and beyond! Bravo!!
