The older gentleman who manages this store is too busy telling folks what he can't do for you instead of doing what he can to take care of you. Also wants me to know that he has worked for every parts store in Hinesville, and he is the man. But, this is the third time he has basically told me he cannot get the part I need. Even though it is on Advance auto's website. This guy is burnt out , and needs to get away from being in front of people.
Me and my husband recently did a swap on our 95 Prelude. We went to Advance a number of times for fluids, parts, odds and ins. During our visits, two employees really stood out to us, Mr. Bell (JB) and Mike. Both guys were always on top of their game, in greeting us and helping us find what we needed so we could get the job done. We drove by once we finished the swap to thank them, but I know that good customer service is not always recognized by the higher ups. I want to be sure these guys get their much needed credit.
