Hugely helpful, all the staff were more than willing to share knowledge and provide useful advice. I hadn't changed my spark plugs before but wanted to try doing it myself. I went in to buy parts and ask a few questions. Mike was very welcoming and got me started. Austin provided a lot of help in showing me exactly what I needed to do for my vehicle. I ended up changing the plugs in the parking lot without a hitch thanks to all the great support! Going forward this is my go-to auto parts store.
Great, fast service, and the nice guy at the counter carried my heavy purchase out to the car for me.
