Today i was having a hard time figuring out what part I needed and kiarah was so welcoming and helpful! She helped me with so much today and made everything so easy. I definitely recommend going back to her—she was absolutely wonderful and always is!
Dude in the yellow glasses hated every minute of my battery install. Things were popping lose in my car there was zero concern from the tech, just as long as the battery was installed. When I went to turn my car back on, the air wasnt working. When I went back in to tell them, I was asked, well, was it working when you got here... Yeah, I wouldn't be acting like something was wrong or different. It felt accusatory as if I was blaming them for an existing problem.
