Avoid this location if you expect them to honor their warranties or treat you with basic respect. I brought in a dead alternator (purchased just under 3 years ago) to use my one-time swap under their Limited Lifetime Replacement warranty. They didn't have the part in stock but promised it would arrive the next day. At the end of the next day, they had not yet called and I had to call them to confirm it had been delivered. Erik was very helpful at this location. I’m glad to see. They hired some new folks that really understand vehicles especially the ones that need parts.
Incomplete part. 1 phone call promised resolution. 3 trips. Advanced failed to fulfil it's multiple promises. Waisted time, fuel and frustration. Last of my business they'll get unless they make this right.
