I just had the worst experience at Advanced Auto Parts I go in there and there's nobody on duty that can look at a car and the ones that are on duty have no idea what I'm talking about when I have time I need brakes I have a picture I have the car nobody could go outside and look and help to see what kind of brakes I need I feel that you guys should hire people that are willing to go outside go the extra mile and help the customer out this is so ridiculous
