Typical visit for me, glad to see Donnie at work. No complaints.
We went to go buy a belt and he gave us the wrong size and on the website it says they close at 10:00pm went back to the store to try and get the right part and exchange it for the one we payed for and they closed at 9pm.
The only question that ANY EMPLOYEE could answer , was "What time do you close? " I've never seen the lac of knowledge of ANY product. I'll use Advance Auto again I'm sure , but it will not be this one !!
Lack of knowledge even with a computer so sad. Advanced auto for me.
