Called this location to confirm that they could replace my battery. Derrick was very friendly. He asked my make and model, gave the battery options, and told me that it would be no problem. I arrived at the store later and Gabriel came out to look at my vehicle. He stated that he could not change my battery. I asked him why did Derrick tell me that they could. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Staff is always friendly and easy to deal with.
Pulled in with a vehicle that had starting problems. Hailey and Timber immediately jumped to help. Tested the battery and alternator. Bad battery. Swapped it out in no time and back on the road. Great service, nice and happy. Thank you.
