Paid $40+ for vehicle bulbs after the employee looked up my truck's exact specs and picked them out for me. When I immediately tried to install them in the parking lot, I realized he gave me the wrong part. I went back in, only for the manager to refuse a refund, claiming they were non-refundable. Punishing the customer for an employee’s mistake is completely unethical. This is why brick-and-mortar retail is dying.

Avoid 91 Fairview Rd location. I went in to get my battery tested. The associate working on my car couldn’t complete the test and said the terminal was “painted,” which already felt like lack of training or experience. A manager had to step in and assist. After that, I was told the battery was too weak for their tester to give a proper reading. Instead of clear diagnostics, the manager pushed me towards buying a $259 AGM battery right away.
