Had a question regarding some parts of the Vehicle, spoke to Kevin over the phone! Dude was so rude and hung up the phone! Had a nasty attitude, needs to understand he works in customer service there is a way to talk to people when someone needs help!
A 10/10 experience. I needed a new battery for my car and went during my lunch break. It was bought and installed in no time at all. Mr. Vernon helped me through the process & MD installed my new battery quickly & efficiently. He also went out of his way to give me a heads up on other things I should look into to keep my car in good shape! Amazing customer service. Thank you guys!
