Very good people to work with and helpfull also the manager Sendy Sanchez if u want to be taking care of ask for her shes a very patient and knowledgeable manager thanks Sendy for the great costumer service
loved going to the store Anthony and Sendy knew exactly what i needed for my project and made me feel taken care of
Bought the 12-month windshield wiper replacement plan and when I needed to use it, they wouldn’t honor it. Had to come to the store twice. The first time, despite having plenty of employees working, I was told to come back the next day. When I returned and spoke with General Manager Sendy Sanchez, I still got no help. Total waste of time and money. Don’t waste your money on the replacement plan.
Made an order online on the 7th, got an email confirming the order was ready on the 9th and now on the 10th it's never been in the store and I have to pick it up in a different location. Advance used to be the best local parts store but now there's no difference in the way things are run between any of the competitors. Just feel bad for the employees that need to deal with angry customers.
