The service here was great. The larger guy at the registers was incredibly knowledgeable and had all the answers I needed. I see a few reviews complain about upselling, but this guy actually down sold me, explaining that the more expensive item I was looking at was more prone to burning out and needing to be replaced. I’ve been here many times, but this is the first time my experience here pushed me to write a review. Will helped me out today, answered every question I had with patience, and truly but in the time and effort to make sure I left the store satisfied. He even carried some stuff to my car when he saw I would’ve needed to make two trips to load everything up. Couldn’t have gone better.

I was on my way back from NY to WV when my trailer hitch receiver broke. Multiple employees at this store went above and beyond to provide assistance by not only getting me the tools required to replace my hitch receiver, but also keeping my trailer safe while I went and picked up a new hitch receiver.

I recently visited the Fairview location to procure a key fob battery for my Acura vehicle. However, it came to my attention that the battery sold to me was incorrect. The staff at this location promptly rectified the situation by exchanging the battery. Furthermore, the manager demonstrated exceptional customer service by personally installing the battery, potentially saving me significant expenses that could have been incurred at a dealership. I highly reccomend this location for your automotive needs!
