I went to their shop, and they told me they would order the parts and have them delivered within two hours. When I returned after three or four hours, they said the parts hadn't arrived yet and would come tomorrow. They’ve done this to me twice now; they shouldn't be selling parts—they ought to just open a candy store instead.

They did a good job trying to analyze my issue. But their results turned out to be wrong when checked by another mechanic. I don’t think it’s intentional, just not as thorough.
