Very helpful staff. They tested and recharged a car battery I had bought from them a year ago which had gone dead. Turns out the battery was fine. Will return when I need something.

If you’re going to advertise a free service, why get pissed off when a customer politely asks for it? I asked someone to install my windshield wipers, since it’s clearly advertised on the windshield. Nobody was available, which I understood, but the employee’s attitude and “I better get a good tip” comment made the whole interaction unnecessarily awkward. I had a very frustrating experience at this Advance Auto Parts location. I purchased a car seat cover and had my receipt, but one employee told me that the product was non-refundable. Another employee, a woman, later processed the refund for the exact same product, which was very confusing and inconsistent. I was also made to wait for about 30 minutes for no reason.
