Needed a new car battery. Purchased online in their app on Friday night. I showed up Saturday afternoon- showed my email receipt and ID to the cashier and mentioned I would need someone to install it. She grabbed the battery from the back, asked her colleague if he was available and he brought out the battery and swapped out my dead one. Staff were friendly and the whole experience took about 25 minutes from arrival to leaving.
My dad rented a tool and was told he would be refunded once he returned it. After returning it, he never received his money. He provided proof and even contacted his bank, but they still refused to believe him.
Tried calling because the seat cover I purchased is not the one that’s advertised on the box. On hold for over 30 minutes 3 separate times. Customer service is absolute garbage here.
