I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to James! I called ahead to see if they had the battery I needed, and he answered the phone quickly and took the time to check their inventory for me. When I arrived, James helped me right away with testing my battery and getting it replaced. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process quick and easy. I really appreciate his great customer service and willingness to help. Thanks, James, for making what could have been a frustrating situation so simple!
apparently the professionals in the store aren't professional enough to change the battery in my simple Chevy truck the computer screen says that it must be installed by a professional which tells me that advance Auto parts employees are not professionals and their hands are tied by some rule that I guess I don't understand you offer battery installation but with a caveat.......
