This store has great energy Kenneth is a knowledgeable manager and even went the extra mile to ensure I got my full return , and Ms. Jassmine is a pleasure to meet great energy and she knows how to crack a joke to lighten the mood. I appreciate everyone’s help and will be back
Walked in, acted like she didn’t want to help, hid and she acted like she was in a rush to leave so I left. Manager was much nicer when I returned.
Honestos y eficientes..
I had such a great experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Kenneth! He went above and beyond to guide me with my car’s light bulb, and I truly appreciate his kindness and willingness to help. He was very professional, patient, and made sure I was taken care of. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Kenneth provided excellent customer service, and he definitely deserves recognition for it! Thank you again, Kenneth! 10/10 experience!
