Aug 31st 6pm went in to buy some more hose because I didnt get enough the weekend before was greeted by a horribly rude older blonde woman who's only response was we don't have it and don't even carry that hose ... I feel sorry she is walking around that upset with herself all day and definitely won't risk running into her anymore and take my business elsewhere
I came in early today because my phone died and the manager was kind courteous and understanding. I believe I left something there if she would contact me anytime via text, email, or phone call thank you.
Great costumer service he deserves a raise
I been coming here since I moved to Medina four years ago. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Recently though, they don’t only have the parts I need in stock.
Was 4 hours into an 8 hour road trip and stopped here in desperate need of car help. Everywhere else that would usually help in cases like this was closed due to memorial day. The workers were so nice and helped me fix the issue for free. Genuinely saved the whole drive for me. I don’t usually leave online reviews, but I’m just very grateful to these workers!
