Nick was very very helpful! Got me some tools to check out my car, made sure I was safe, gave me good advice on how to get rolling again, and didn't overcharge.
Every time I come here, they are knowledgeable and attentive compared to the other auto parts stores nearby. They also helped my senior mother install her headlight just out of kindness after she bought it there! Most recently in the last year I bought a new gold level battery from them. It happened to be a faulty battery, but the warranty offered with the gold battery was actually real and I went in today with my emailed receipt from the original purchase, they tested and confirmed the battery wasn't holding voltage properl... read more

I stopped in on Sunday 3/8 to purchase oil that Advanced's website listed as in-stock at this location. I didn't see the SKU on the shelf, so I asked the employee to check as sometimes it's only stocked behind the counter. The employee working couldn't even be bothered to check the computer or his inventory. He took a halfhearted look at the website on my phone and said "I haven't seen that before here", after I asked if he could please check.
