I went in to this location on Friday 2oth of May 2016 to have a started tested, and matched to a new purchase. Aftwr waiting for one hour for the second time, I was told that I could not have the starter tested because there was not ample staff available to do so. So I end up leaving without having the started. Nor did I purchase a new starter. The staff there were not knowlegable about the parts or the importance of customer service. I went in for new battery.. The staff was very helpful..and great customer service.
