I've been coming to this advance Auto for the last 14 years and have always had great service. Unfortunately they must have changed ownership or definitely have changed employees and it has gotten horribly worse. I just tried to check on a set of headlights for my car and apparently it was an inconvenience asking what the replacement bulb number would be for my car. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? I would like to take a moment to recognize Ted at Advance Auto Parts for providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to help me. Last night, both of my headlights unexpectedly went out right after I got off work. I had no choice but to drive home using my high beams, and I was extremely grateful to make it home safely.
