I've been coming to this advance Auto for the last 14 years and have always had great service. Unfortunately they must have changed ownership or definitely have changed employees and it has gotten horribly worse. I just tried to check on a set of headlights for my car and apparently it was an inconvenience asking what the replacement bulb number would be for my car. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?
