etters store was the worst store i was ever in. guys should be fired. customer service was horrible. would not recommend anyone to go there
The customer service is horrible compared to what it used to be like before Autozone was put in. I will never buy another part from them.
As a loyal customer for many years today was my last visit. A couple of weeks ago I purchased spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor, valve cover gaskets and o2 sensor. I had a misfire in cylinder 8 so I wanted to get most of the components, instead of making trip after trip. Long story short I didn’t need o2 sensor or cap/rotor. Today I stopped by to return the parts and was greeted by the miserable lady who claims she’s a manager. She explains company policy is they do not return any parts that are electrical related. My headlight was out and not only did they help me find the right one, even installed it for me, and wouldn't even accept a tip. GREAT SERVICE!!
