Excellent Service from the staff and manager
I stopped by Advance Auto Parts in Annandale today to get a new battery. Emad was so kind and helpful. He came out and took the corrosion off the connection and had me start my car up, which it did with no problem. He said drive it for a day or so and if I had any more problems he would put a new battery in for me. He did this at no charge. I will be back at this store because of his kindness.
I was looking for some things, but no one wanted to help me—what terrible service. I drove 26 minutes only for no one to attend to me. Thanks. 🙏

Check your receipts!! Terrible service. Went in to purchase a headlight and the person helping us Emad ended up charging me a $13 warranty on it without asking. I was in a rush and almost missed this, wasted my time having to ask to refund it. Looking at the reviews it looks like this happens often. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
