When checking out, the product rung up as more expensive than the marked price on shelf. Asked for a price adjustment and they refused to adjust the price, saying it wasn't possibe. I have never been to any major retail establishment where a price adjustment was impossible. I will be staying away from this establishment because of their lack of willingness to provide basic customer service.

Quick and friendly service
The manager was very unprofessional. He was loud, unwilling to listen, and asked where I was from even though it had nothing to do with my battery purchase. He also mentioned, without me asking, that he is from Egypt. He gave me the wrong battery for my car, which forced me to buy new battery terminals from another place just to make it fit.
