I do not like this place I have a lot to say I wish I got that Mexican guy name but I went in purchase a tool and he was quick to tell me it’s none refundable I didn’t ask him anything about returns I came here yesterday no one did that I feel like he was discriminating as if all black people use tools and bring them back so I chose not to purchase from here I told him I don’t even know if it’s the tool I need he heard me on the phone talking to someone about what to get so he once again assume I will be taking this higher t... read more

Team here was super helpful locating a part that I ordered online and was on clearance. It was buried somewhere in their shop but couldn’t locate they called me back to say they couldn’t find it anywhere. They kept looking unknown to me and called back 20mins later and located it. Thanks guys your persistence will make my job so much easier with using this tool.Wish more of the advance auto had this level of customer service
