Long story short the red head lady Andy or something has a horrible attitude and horrible customer service skills. After explaining the situation and paying for a new part and seeing that it was clearly used prior she proceeded to tell me and I quote “YES YOU SAID THAT A THOUSAND TIMES” . Well yes I had to repeat myself because she tried accusing my boyfriend of switching the part.
