I came here on March 1st for wiper replacement. The two gentleman’s who installed my wipers broke the arm to the wiper on my car. My wipers and the arm of the wipers were perfectly fine till I came here. I went to the store today to tell them what’s going on and the manager JOHN suggested I go to a mechanic and get it fixed. I just want to say that Rich needs to get employee of the century. I had a situation where I needed help immediately, otherwise I was going to be stranded at a friend’s house. Rich without hesitation - jumped into customer service mode and SAVED me so much time, money, frustration, and confusion.
