Today I was help by the most professional and knowledgeable person I have ever met. I came by the store this afternoon because my battery completely died after been rebooted just and hour ago. At the desk was Dimitri, I told him that my car was in the parking lot of the Home Depot next door and that I have walked over there and needed help, he smiled and said no problem.
