I came here on March 1st for wiper replacement. The two gentleman’s who installed my wipers broke the arm to the wiper on my car. My wipers and the arm of the wipers were perfectly fine till I came here. I went to the store today to tell them what’s going on and the manager JOHN suggested I go to a mechanic and get it fixed. A ISSUE THEY CAUSED AND BROKE I NOW HAVE TO COME OUT OF POCKET FOR DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE ON THEIR BAHALF ON BREAKING THE ARM TO MY CAR.
