RecommendedRay goes above and beyond to help the customers out. All of them are such great and knowledgeable employees. The only complaint I have is I went in there today to pick up an item that Ray ordered for me and the girl was rude. She acted like I was going to try to take the replacement item without paying for it since the bad part wasn't with me. She acted like helping me was a bother. Other then today every other time I had awesome customer service.
I'm giving this place a one star only to be nice. We live within walking distance and having only one vehicle our battery gave out. My husband walked to advance auto parts to get a new battery so he could work that night. There were only two people working and no one was waiting and the parking lot was empty. My husband requested that one of them walk NEXT DOOR to help install a new battery. He was told they could not as it was only two of them there to run the store.
