Great customer service
Placed an online order for pick up so that I knew the part wouldn’t be gone when I went on my lunch break to get it. Showed up at the store and they said that they had no orders placed for their location, got back on the website and it shows that I did place the order for their location. Not only did they not have my order, but they also charged my card five times. Yesterday I stopped in to buy fuses at the Maryville Advanced Auto Parts -store number #05631- and the female cashier was so rude. I felt like she talked down to me because I am another woman. While she was ringing- up my order, I asked her if a battery maintainer was the same as a battery trickle charger and she said, "no, the battery maintainer only maintains the battery..." So...
