Woke up to a dead battery this morning. Brought my battery into the store and Charles was very helpful testing it and showing me it needed to be replaced. After showing me several options for my car I walked out with a new battery and my car is up and running again. Great service and will definitely be back.

I went in to ask for help finding the right windshield wiper for my car. The grouchy lazy man behind the computer told me he couldn’t help me. His computer gave him one specific model / brand of wiper (which I knew didn’t fit my car) - but he said that’s all he could do. Then quickly turned his attention to the next customer. It’s no wonder AI is coming for useless employees like this. I went to another Advance Auto Parts store on Terrill Road in Fanwood.
