This store and company has, by far, the worst customer “service” in the state of Wisconsin. Do yourself a favor, if you value your hard earned money.... go somewhere else!!
Not a company one may want to do business with. They offer discounts online when searching for products, but dont honor the discounted price on items at checkout. This can and will leave some people in a bad situation if they are tight on funds. Called a rep at the company, and they refused to correct alter or offer a solution to get this corrected. Shop elsewhere.
The best customer service and I would highly recommend to go there for any auto needs! Honest, very helpful and friendly staff!!!! Mike (Vin Diesel) you were awesome and I appreciate your time/help!!! I went in not knowing whether I had a bad alternator or needed a new battery, Mike spent a lot of time with me to ensure the diagnosis was correct instead of taking advantage of me and/or the situation!!!!
