Called to check for a part at 6:23. They close at 7 on Sundays. They told me they had the part and I told them i needed it badly and I was on my way. I got there at 6:38 and the doors were locked. I knocked and called and NO ONE answered. I ended up calling the other store on Loudoun st. The Loudoun st store was not only helpful but stayed open long enough for me to get across town to them. I’m not sure who runs the Valley ave store but they need some help. This is horrible customer service.
