Try being polite to customers. Order a rear window wiper that did not fit, returned and given a new one which did not fit. Finally returned the replacement and was not given my entire refund. Brad the inept counterboy the did not want to know a thing.
I went to this location to simply return used oil. I asked two associates that where at the counter where to put the oil but they where to busy arguing amongst themselves to even acknowledge me. The manager Paul comes out and tells me he can help me in one second and precedes to answer the phone and order parts for another customer.
