I went to this location to simply return used oil. I asked two associates that where at the counter where to put the oil but they where to busy arguing amongst themselves to even acknowledge me. The manager Paul comes out and tells me he can help me in one second and precedes to answer the phone and order parts for another customer. I then went to the Whitman at the end of the counter and she helped me out without an issue. It seems odd they would prioritize a call over someone standing directly in front of them.
