Splendid place! Conveniently located on Onondaga Blvd in western Syracuse near many other businesses. A fantastic selection of products at low prices, especially if you sign up for the shoppers club. A clean, neat store. Fast checkout process. Tyheem E. did a stellar job of processing my transaction and was professional, courteous and kind. Highly recommended!

Store with a battery in hand today and the clerk provided me with a new battery saying that even though it wasn't the same, it was a substitute. The battery she sold me was over $200. I returned when I realized that it was the wrong battery. The clerk was very rude and acted as though it was my fault that she had provided the wrong battery. I got the correct battery for $50 at Walmart
Shelly and her crew here are seriously why I go out of my way to shop at this particular store. I have a few other Advance Auto Stores that are closer to me, one within walking distance but none compare to the one on Onondaga. Their knowledge of product is always spot on, they know what they have and how to get the right product in your hands the first time. On top of all this I also find this store to be well stocked, tidy and extremely clean. A big thanks to Shelly in specific, she's my favorite!
I’d give 10 stars if I could! I stopped in to request a diagnostic that would tell me why my check engine light was on. Shelly did the analysis and then researched auto repair places that could help me. She shared recommendations and called various places to see who could get me in today. And then, once a place was found, she provided directions to get there. I am so grateful! Shelly absolutely made my day.
