Poor customer service with warrenty on a set of control arms I bought for my project 3 years ago. I got car done last year drove on for 1 year and ball joints are abought to fall out already. Apparently the history in there computer system is not available if its past 2 years. Orileys never gave me a problem with exchanges. "District manager" didnt even hear me out or anything called Tex and no reply.
