We have been patronizing this store since it opened, but today may have been the last time. I've never seen my easy-going husband come home from there so disgruntled. He evidently interrupted Ashley's lunch as she continued to eat her burrito WHILE she proceeded to assist him. The store was not very busy and the Manager Steve was right there watchng! Customer service isn't what it used to be. There are other businesses close by that he will use from now on.
Horrible service from the manager. Rude remarks and questioning me on use of loctite? Real classy!!
But I'm more than a little biased as Store GM. Come in for free services like battery, alternator & starter testing, OBD-II code reading, wiper installations, or to get advice about caring for your car.
