Horrible customer service. I have a part with lifetime warranty and they refused to warranty it. Was laughed at by the employee for not getting the part. Going else with my business 👍🏼
Every time I come here most of the employees are extremely rude or not friendly at all. I sat at the counter waiting for the one person who WAS working for 10 minutes before I was helped while 3 guys in the back turn to look at me, turn their heads back and continue with their conversation. Then the guy helping me needed a question answered so he's calling for one of the guys in the back and gets completely ignored, finally the guy comes out huffing and puffing to put a password into the computer so I can get my transaction.
