If Advance Auto Parts sells a product the person at the front counter can most certainly look the part up even if it’s not in the store…this is directly directed at the employee who didn’t know his job.

Had a dead battery in a 1998 Oldsmobile van. Andrew went out of his way to change the battery out in record time! Super impressed with Andrew and his outstanding customer service! Give that guy a raise! First class technician! Others would have shied away from the difficult talk but Andrew crushed it in minutes!!!
