Hector is absolutely phenomenal! I went into the store kind of knowing my car's issue but wasn't 100% sure. I asked him many questions. He never lost his patience & was very helpful in getting things resolved. He went to look at the situation & sold me the part I needed & my car's problem was fixed!! I saved hundreds by not going to a mechanic & the help of Hector's knowledge - outstanding customer service!!!
If Advance Auto Parts sells a product the person at the front counter can most certainly look the part up even if it’s not in the store…this is directly directed at the employee who didn’t know his job.
