Always very helpful and courteous.
I’ve had several great experiences here. First off they carry parts for my 92 Oldsmobile! Recently I came into have a battery tested. Rich went above and beyond testing and retesting the battery for me to help figure out what was wrong. He was great at explaining things to me and my son. Great knowledgeable employee.
Came in right before close to be met with one of the fasted and most helpfully experiences if ever had.
Thank you Rich for the great battery install this morning. Such an inexpensive, easy and fast solution to my bad battery issue. I appreciate you guys!
I went to this location because it said parts were available online. When I arrived, no one was seen for at least five minutes. I saw two men walking around and could hear a woman in the back. Again, no assistance until I waited about 15 minutes until the woman finished her phone call. One customer got frustrated and left.
