rented the serpentine belt tensioner and literally helps me put it on within 15 minutes maybe 25 minutes other times when my dad it has taken over 2 hours because just the person my dad is but with the manager up here it was so easy so nice I mean this is thousand times better than like 1,000 out of 10
Arrived 10–20 minutes before the posted 9:00 PM closing time which is online and on the front door in view, found the store already closed. After waiting at the door, no employee came out until we returned to our car. This cost them a sale just for them closing early on multiple occasions. Other reviews report the same issue despite the owner saying it would be addressed. If a store says it is open until 9:00 PM, customers should be able to count on that.
Wasted 30 minutes of drive time to pull into parking lot about 8:47 pm walked to door approx 8:52 to the door being locked. On line and on door said open till 9:00 not 8:45 oh well lost a sale
This five star review is for Hunter and her resourcefulness, courtesy, and efforts to go above and beyond to make a customer happy. She should be the manager, not the one currently at this store on this date.
