Helped me with battery and alternator testing and suggested why I am getting power drain. Polite and caring.
I’m always hesitant dealing with anything cars but Marcos was great! Stopped in for a quick visit yesterday. He was super helpful in assisting me install my new window wiper blades and diagnosing a code that had recently popped up. He even show me how to change the wiper blades and advised on future repairs. Keep up the great work!
Wish I could just add no stars for such bad service. Went in to get the check engine light scanned. Guy told me he was just going to take care of a costumer behind me I said ok I was going to wait outside in the car even showed him the car that was parked right outside. Saw another customer came in and was taken care of waited around 15 minutes in the car and he never came out. And they were not busy at all he just acted like he was fixing some stuff on the shelves but I could see the 2 employees just talking.
