Advanced Auto gives better deals and discounts than Auto Zone and Oreily. I needed brakes and rotors front and back and thanks to Advanced Auto, I paid less than I would’ve paid at Auto Zone.
Very bad service. I ordered a part the day before and the employee told me I could pick it up the next day from 2 p.m. When I showed up the next day, they said it wasn't there. When I asked why not, they couldn't give me any details. They didn't look for a similar product or try to find a solution. They wouldn’t replace my battery that was still under warranty because their equipment read that it was still good when literally every other place I went to sad it was bad
I wish I could give 0 stars. Got a free diagnostic reading here, but it was inaccurate. I truly feel like it was purposely done by the employee and he knew that machine was broke or faulty. I ended up spending $600 on a repair that wasn’t the real problem.
