I went there today to get a battery for my key fob. I was charged almost $7 for the battery. I asked if the guy could put it in for me. He replied very sternly, “we don’t do batteries.” He couldn’t wait to get me out of the store. I was the ONLY customer in the building. It’s very poor customer service to talk to paying customer like that. And why don’t you replace key fob batteries?

Order some parts and was told they would be ready by 3. I called around that time to be sure they were ready before I drove there. The employee told me they were checking on it for me, I was on hold for so long I decided to drive there anyways. The employee went to lunch and left me on hold, I was still on hold while at the counter speaking to them.

The GM- Bobby- was absolutely wonderful! I am working on my 95 GMC Vandura and Bobby was so encouraging and helpful when I told him I didn’t know what I was doing. This will be my go-to auto store from now on!

Been going there for years- but the last two times the employees were rude and not helpful. After tonight and the lack of service for an urgent situation- I will not be back. They need to fire the rude lady working there tonight. She is terrible.
