Never had a bad experience in Advanced Auto Parts as they always have good customer service, but this time was even better when my battery light came on and my power steering, abs and tracking control all shut off Eric preformed the testing necessary to determine the alternator blew and drained my battery down to minimal power. Eric cleaned the battery leads off, sold me replacement battery and replaced it for me. He was professional yet personable and explained every step. 5 stars fir Eric! My family and I drove almost 500 miles today. After checking in to the hotel I went to get dinner and my van wouldn't start. Dead battery. Showed up here like 5 minutes before closing and Eric hooked me up with a new battery and the tools to put it in. The terminal connectors didn't quite fit, so he showed me a little truck to get me on my way. Thanks Eric!
So Yesterday me and my girlfriend was there to purchase a wiper blade for her car. The next day the wiper falls off maybe because of ice or something we don’t even know what happened. I called the store to see if we can get a replacement. The store manager Brandon was so professional and very helpful.
