Second time I have purchased a boxed product from the Main Street Poughkeepsie site, that was missing items. Mothers California Gold clay bar kit was supposed to contain spray detailer, cloth and 2 80 gram clay bars. I only received one bar. Will be returning it at me earliest convenience since I have to work the rest of the week.

I wish I saw these reviews before I gave them my money. Bought an alternator, fuel pump, fuel filter, rear shocks, and a battery. The battery is defective. Me and my 12 year old son got stuck in a parking lot because of it. Brought it back WITH RECEIPT for an exchange. They said they had to test it. The test showed it's a good battery so they won't exchange it. IT WILL NOT WORK IN MY VEHICLE. Reg. Price of this battery is $139.00. It's not something I just want to brush off. The people in the Poughkeepsie store were very disrespectful to my niece who needed to use the restroom who is only four years old! They should be ashamed of themselves and I won't be going back to your store for this reason!
I think it was absolutely with out a doubt the most disgusting display of customer service !!!! To not let a customers young daughter use the restroom then walk away great way to want to make me be a valued customer NOT!! I think that not only should you be ashamed but your employee should have to hold his/ her bodily fluids and not be able to use the restroom !! Never will I step foot in here disgusting����� Sincerely A none participating customer EVER
