IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! Mike T. sold me the wrong headlight bulb for my car yesterday, and when I went back today. He proceeded to ARGUE WITH ME. Stating H11 is the right one for my car, when it’s actually 9005. I even had the blown out headlight bulb to prove it! I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman, or what! He would not give me a refund, or even EXCHANGE IT! He was extremely disrespectful! Now I’m out $21 on a headlight bulb I can’t even use! I ended up going to AutoZone and they were happy to sell me the rig... read more
Gentleman working was very kind. Had a nice conversation. Helped me get the cheapest headlight bulb they had from their back stock. Overall great experience and customer service. Would definitely recommend this location
The employee at the store helped me on the phone find the German part so I could pick it up when it arrives on store. Very helpful trying to figure out what part I was looking for.
