Ok. So I go in there today for an oil change for my 2023 Chevy traverse they take 6 quarts of oil. The guy comes back with an oil filter and a 5-quart container. I say where's the other quart. To that he says this is all it takes.....one brain fart with me I'm thinking okay five quarts. Get home and do the oil change, put the oil in my car check the dipstick nothing not showing anything. was having a bd day and needed a new battery. Went in and there were 3 people working which totally surprised me as the last few times I came here there was no one to help me. the one guy came right up to me and asked how he could help. There were 3 options for batteries for my car and he went out of his way to go out and check my car for the right size and found me the right battery. He told me he was new and was still learning how to do batteries. He grabbed the manager and she brought him out and changed the battery while... read more
