Was in the store on Saturday and needed a set of wipers. I did not know what size I needed and did not know how to change them. The young man who was there was so helpful. He found the wipers I needed, and he also explained the warranty I could get for them. I was not aware that wipers had warranties! They gave us a grade a battery. However, when I went to turn on my car it would not start. Turns out when they installed it the terminals were loose along with everything else. When I called, whoever picked up was very rude and dismissive, ending the call abruptly instead of helping to find a solution. When my mother tried calling she was met with hostility. My AI bot kept going off and the cashier gave me dirty looks instead of being gracious about it even when I apologized.
Ok. So I go in there today for an oil change for my 2023 Chevy traverse they take 6 quarts of oil. The guy comes back with an oil filter and a 5-quart container. I say where's the other quart. To that he says this is all it takes.....one brain fart with me I'm thinking okay five quarts. Get home and do the oil change, put the oil in my car check the dipstick nothing not showing anything.
