We ordered a tail light socket but when we got home found out we got a head light socket. 2nd time they give us the wrong thing. I don't think these people where properly trained at all and the lack of eye to eye contact when someone is speaking to them is ridiculous really unprofessional. Not to mention they never have what you need in stock.
