Bought a few things here for my "new to me" car. The cashier assured me I could return anything if it did not work for me. Went back to return the items that I did not need. Unfortunately the bar code on my receipt would not scan. They tried to look it up, the cashier never attached it to my account, so they said they could give me store credit. Ok. I was fine with that. I purchased a starter for my 2014 F150 to replace one that I purchased a day before from the "jungle store" that was defective. This starter was more expensive, but worked flawlessly and by looking at it - it is a much better built and quality part. Tyler was very helpful and event tested the new starter to make sure I didn't have any issues. I learned my lesson!

Absolutely terrible experience at this Advance Auto Parts location. The store manager was extremely rude and clearly had no interest in helping customers. I came in to process a warranty on a part, and instead of honoring it, the manager kept making up excuses to deny the claim. It felt like they were doing everything possible to avoid standing behind the product they sold.
