I'm so tired of calling this store and getting put on hold by a machine for over 5 minutes just to be put on hold for another 5 minutes when a person does come on the line! It happens every time I call there! I call Autozone and a human answers the phone and gives me the information I need in less than 4 minutes! Parts are cheaper and more in stock! Autozone it is from now on! Advance just lost a lot of business!
