I went to Advance Auto Parts at 1714 Old Pendergrass Rd Jefferson Ga 30549 today because i was having battery problem’s. When I got there I stood in line waiting to get the sales person to check my vehicles with their tester to see if it was my battery or alternator. So when it was my time the sales person said can I help you. I ask if he could check my battery and was told no because he was the only person in the building the other person was supposed to been there by 3:00 PM and it was 3:50 at this time. An older, partially disabled friend of mine went there today, bought 2 qts of oil and asked if there was someone who could help put it in her car. She was told no,they couldnt help. Great customer service, think I will stick with the competition.
